55 minutes, with 6-7 persons per group max. Session are 3 times per week specializing in strength training and conditioning. Conducted in a structured setting to hold clients accountable to a specific time with a trainer and group. This is a great option for those whom want to save money but still have or need some specific attention from a trainer in the form of corrections and nutritional guidance . Great way to create comrade and support from others in the group.
